• Day-to-day on-site supervision

• Scheduling and coordination of all subcontractor trades

• Coordination with owners, architects, and consultants

• RFI and submittal management

• Shop drawing and detail review

• Quality control through final punch

• Field experience in custom residential (strong commercial supers considered)

• Working knowledge of every trade on a residential job

• Interpret and consolidate drawing sets across all disciplines

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Project Accountants keep the numbers straight across every job - invoicing, cost tracking, and reconciliations from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is organized to a fault, likes living in the details, and communicates clearly with our team and our subs and vendors alike.

Salary Range: $50k - $70k, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Track project budgets and costs

• Accounts payable: entry of all subcontractor and vendor invoices

• Accounts receivable

• Coordinate invoicing with subcontractors and vendors

• Prepare and finalize billing packages for project manager review and distribution

• Support project managers with cost analysis (cash flow, work in progress)

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Track subcontractor and vendor insurance certificates and compliance

• Draft subcontracts

• Year-end reporting (1099s)
